The 75th Anniversary of the arrival of the HMT Empire Windrush marks a very important time for the group. It’s an opportunity to look back on the past, proudly showcase members who have made a significant contribution to their local communities and celebrate the culture that unites and strengthens them.
Hypertension Heroes is an initiative funded by the NHS. Our volunteers have completed their training and are available every Wednesday between 2.00pm - 4.00pm at Gravesend Adult Education Centre, Darnley Road, DA11 0RX to provide FREE blood pressure readings and show you how to monitor your own blood pressure at home.
